You have to need:
- Men's T-shirt or large T-shirt.
- 1/4 inch wide elastic.
- Scissors
First, Cut sleeves and collar. Cut about 4 inches down from the armhole of the back (in the Picture), The lower you go the more you show. So you have to follow the steps to make under picture.
